多喝熱水對身體有益，到了該端起保溫杯的年紀，枸杞都抓好了，怎能缺一壺干凈的熱水呢？因此，選購一款安全又好用的電熱水壺顯得格外重要。

那么電熱水壺怎樣驗貨呢？

一、電器分類(lèi)

按其他類(lèi)別

-電熱器具 裝有電熱元件而不帶有電動(dòng)機的器具。

-電動(dòng)器具 裝有電動(dòng)機而不帶有電熱元件的器具。

-聯(lián)合型器具 裝有電動(dòng)機和電熱元件的器具

二、電熱器具

-電熱類(lèi)有電熱水壺/電熱咖啡壺/電熨斗/三明治爐/多士爐/取暖器/烤箱等；

-電動(dòng)類(lèi)有吸塵器/打蛋器/攪拌器/電風(fēng)扇/榨汁機等；

-聯(lián)合型器具有電吹風(fēng)/加濕器等；

-大型家電有空調/冰箱/洗衣機/抽油煙機等。

電熱水壺根據不同底座有下面幾種:

1. 直插式

2. 360旋轉

3. 電源線(xiàn)插拔式.(帶尾插)

電熱水壺:

外觀(guān)注意事項:如果是塑料件,那需要注意壺身和底座的顏色是否一致.有可能材料不一致而導致有色差,那需要查看客人訂單,參考樣品,彩盒產(chǎn)品照片.

塑料件注意飛邊,縮水,氣紋,劃痕等外觀(guān)不良.各個(gè)裝配部位縫隙應該均勻,間隙不要大于0.8mm.不要有松動(dòng)/變形等不良現象.

金屬件,表面應該注意劃痕,銹斑,電鍍不良及指紋印等不良情況,外觀(guān)應該符合客人訂單及樣品. (例如不銹鋼鏡面及啞光效果)

最好大貨和彩盒照片放一起拍張照片.

三、基本測試

1.Transportation drop test

2.Product Size /power cord length / Weight Measurement (量尺寸的時(shí)候尺子拉直,如果卷尺頭子有松動(dòng),可以從10cm位置開(kāi)始測量)

3.Bar code scan check

二維碼(app下載個(gè)二維碼掃描軟件,可以?huà)呙璩鲦溄?如果不能連上,拍鏈接照片備注即可)

4.Assembly/installation check

5.Coating Adhesive Tape Test

6.Stability test(加Max刻度的水,并且電源線(xiàn)要放在最不利的方向)

7.High voltage test

8.Power on check (注意冷卻5分鐘再加入冷水)

(留意蓋子是否松開(kāi)或者打不開(kāi))

9.Earth continually test if applicable/10.Power consumption check

11.Power cord strain relief test

(如果沒(méi)有拉力器,可以吊相應的重量,這個(gè)測試最好不要備注沒(méi)有儀器)

12.Internal workmanship and critical component check

13.Rubbing test for rating label and adhesive Test for printing, marking and logo

基本測試:如果產(chǎn)品是360度旋轉的.

14.Jug body 360 degree rotation check

Poured purified water into Min. level, input rated voltage and switch on, then slowly turned jug body along base for two circle (clockwise and anti-clockwise), check if intermittent function between jug and base.

(其他要求壺身和底座之間墊0.5mm厚的墊圈不能有接觸不良的問(wèn)題發(fā)現)

15.Boiling hot water temperature check

Poured purified water into Max level, then input rated voltage and switch on, measured boiling water temperature (centre position) after steam switched off and record actual data into report.

the water should not spray out of kettle, and the lid should be on the housing properly.

(正常燒水應該水不會(huì )濺出,如果有問(wèn)題可以根據溢出或飛濺出的量來(lái)備注,拍照或視頻來(lái)正面)(水溫一般要大于98C,時(shí)間客人有要求就記錄,一般溫度到98C后30秒以?xún)葴乜貢?huì )跳,當然根據結構不同,如果蒸汽開(kāi)關(guān)在手柄下部就會(huì )慢一點(diǎn))

16.capacity check

The capacity should be complied with requirement (claims)

（一般正負5%)

17.Timing accuracy check (for with timing function item) Timer should be set as per instruction manual and the timer is set at max. time, and then to operate it, the actual time should be measured, if no client requirement, the tolerance requirement is: electronics type +/-1minutes, mechanical type +/-10%

18.Dry boiling check

Apply a lower voltage( about 70% of rated voltage ) with no water in the kettle, then check if thermal control switch operates as intended. no safety issue occurs.

(看下是否發(fā)黃變色,塑料是否變形,溫控起跳時(shí)間是否太慢<60S)

19.Handle strength check

The fixing system of handle shall bear a bending stress force of 100N(applied on (each) handle) for 1 minute.

Or The assemblies of handle must support a weight equal to 2 times the weight of the water capacity of the unit plus the weight of any cover intended for use with the unit for 1 minute.

no any failure of the securing system after testing, i.e. rivets, welds, etc.

20.Smell check Pour tap water into Min. level and input rated voltage and check if

product emitted bad smell from hot water/body during brewing

21.Full function check (including the function which only can be checked after fully assembling.)

All of intended functions what specified in instruction manual should be operated and checked, and all should work properly as intended.

such as installation/assembly, adjusting, switch/knob action check, setting, other actual using function etc.

all of function should be complied with spec.

四、基本結構

產(chǎn)品基本都有logo-都需要做絲印粘貼測試

兩邊都有刻度_基本都有容量測試

內部檢查-核對CDF

指示燈注意移位. 1m內觀(guān)察

干燒測試_可以調低電壓來(lái)防止發(fā)熱管變色_發(fā)熱盤(pán)底部溫控

燒水測試_蒸汽溫控基本結構:

正規一點(diǎn)的有三級保護,有些老的插入式的應該沒(méi)有.3級保護:

1.蒸汽溫控(這個(gè)指手柄開(kāi)關(guān)位置的那個(gè)溫控或老的一體溫控)

2.如果蒸汽溫控失效那壺里的水會(huì )一直燒下去,直到燒干,然后發(fā)熱盤(pán)底部溫控會(huì )起作用.

3.如果這個(gè)溫控也失效,隨著(zhù)溫度升高,溫控器內一個(gè)塑料推桿將會(huì )融化,會(huì )使水壺斷電. (這個(gè)測試看工廠(chǎng),如果安全有保證工廠(chǎng)有多余的產(chǎn)品大家可以試著(zhù)做一下)
