Certification(認證)、DOC（符合性驗證）、Verification（自我驗證或聲明），要求逐步降低

• 有IC、機板、發(fā)聲的產(chǎn)品，工作頻率超過(guò)1.75M的產(chǎn)品都要經(jīng)過(guò)FCC及IC認證，

• 帶馬達（磁力線(xiàn)圈類(lèi)部件）的產(chǎn)品，頻率超過(guò)0.9M的都要經(jīng)過(guò)FCC及IC認證，

• 由于頻率難以確定，上述兩類(lèi)產(chǎn)品都要做認證，而不管頻率多少。

• 無(wú)線(xiàn)遙控產(chǎn)品 需要做certification，發(fā)射部分需要拿到ID號

• 其他電子類(lèi)產(chǎn)品 需要做SDoC，獲取有資質(zhì)的第三方實(shí)驗室報告.

產(chǎn)品及包裝上（或說(shuō)明書(shū)）都需要FCC及IC標識，分別要求如下

• 帶無(wú)線(xiàn)遙控的產(chǎn)品上的標識:

   A 發(fā)射產(chǎn)品上: ID XXXXXXXX.可以用貼紙或絲印等方式，

   B 接收部分的標識如下（30MHz以下的接收器不用加貼--參考FCC15.101）

     Trade Name:(品名或公司名)

     Module No. （產(chǎn)品型號）

布標、絲印移印、貼紙（貼紙必須是過(guò)膠或膠質(zhì)的,且粘貼牢固）等。

• 不準貼在電池蓋等可移除的部件上，可張貼在底座等不影響外觀(guān)的位置.

• 包裝上標識的文種與其他包裝文字文種對應, 產(chǎn)品上則可只要英文如彩盒是英法文的,則也需要英法文.

美國聯(lián)邦通信委員會(huì )(FCC)在2017年11月2日官方正式?jīng)Q定，把DoC & VoC 計劃正式變更為SDoC，目的是為了簡(jiǎn)化FCC認證中無(wú)線(xiàn)裝置設備的認證流程和明確電子標簽使用規范。

SDoC的全稱(chēng)是Supplier's Declaration of Conformity，設備供貨商 (注 該供貨商必須是美國當地的公司)將對符合規定標準或要求的設備進(jìn)行檢測，符合規定的設備需提供相關(guān)檔 (如 SDoC 的聲明檔) 向公眾提供證明。也就是說(shuō)，只有美國的公司才能出具SDoC的宣告信，非美國公司 (包括實(shí)驗室，制造商等) 都不能出具SDoC宣告信。

FCC SDoC已在2018年11月2日全面正式實(shí)施。2017年11月2日到2018年11月2日期間過(guò)渡運行期，在此1年的過(guò)渡期間內，企業(yè)可繼續使用 FCC VoC 和 DoC 認證程序或者直接使用新的FCC SDoC認證程序均可。一年過(guò)渡期后，FCC SDoC認證程序將正式替代原有的FCC VoC和DoC認證方式。

--對產(chǎn)品負責人有明確要求, 需要提供美國公司的聯(lián)系方式, 責任方可以是進(jìn)口商或收貨人或報關(guān)行, 同時(shí)2018年11月2日之后,FCC DOC和FCC VOC作廢；

--所有SDoC產(chǎn)品可以自主選擇是否標識FCC Logo；

--我們常見(jiàn)的設備的認證方式發(fā)生重大變化, 除無(wú)線(xiàn)發(fā)射產(chǎn)品/掃描接收機/電力線(xiàn)寬帶接入/雷達探測產(chǎn)品必須要做FCC ID, 其他所有產(chǎn)品都可以選擇FCC ID或者SDOC。

申請FCC認證中，FCC SDoC適用于普通不帶無(wú)線(xiàn)功能的產(chǎn)品，如顯示器、普通家用電器、燈具等。包含個(gè)人電腦及其周邊設備；家用電器設備；電動(dòng)工具；音視頻產(chǎn)品；燈具；玩具；安防類(lèi)產(chǎn)品等。如顯示器、鼠標、電冰箱、電水壺、吹風(fēng)機、LED燈具、電子玩具、普通門(mén)禁等產(chǎn)品。
