美國FDA化妝品VCRP注冊產(chǎn)品分類(lèi)及CPIS號

按美國FDA化妝品法規, 化妝品企業(yè)可在產(chǎn)品在美國上市之前或上市之后,通過(guò)電子系統VCRP或遞交紙質(zhì)文件進(jìn)行化妝品登記注冊. 登記注冊后,企業(yè)會(huì )有一個(gè)企業(yè)登記號(registration number), 和產(chǎn)品的配方號碼（CPIS). 企業(yè)需要提供的資料包括企業(yè)信息（如名稱(chēng)，地址，負責人，聯(lián)系方式等），產(chǎn)品信息（如商標，配方，原料CAS 號等）

化妝品出口美國，或在亞馬遜 Amazon, eBay 等平臺銷(xiāo)售，都有機會(huì )被要求進(jìn)行化妝品注冊。

在化妝品VCRP注冊時(shí),需要確定產(chǎn)品的種類(lèi)編號Product Category Code,。每個(gè)產(chǎn)品類(lèi)別代碼包括一個(gè)兩位數的數字，這表示一般的類(lèi)別，以及一個(gè)字母，表示具體的產(chǎn)品類(lèi)型。例如，要找到嬰兒洗發(fā)水的產(chǎn)品類(lèi)別代碼，請注意“嬰兒產(chǎn)品”是“01”?！皨雰合悴ㄔ谶@個(gè)類(lèi)別中被列為“A”。因此，嬰兒洗發(fā)水的產(chǎn)品類(lèi)別代碼是“01A”。
