OMEGA驗廠(chǎng)從驗廠(chǎng)內容上主要可分為“社會(huì )責任、反恐、質(zhì)量”等，通常社會(huì )責任審核，為突襲驗廠(chǎng)，待通知期為三周，該時(shí)間段內任何一天審核員都有可能會(huì )來(lái)到工廠(chǎng)。

OMEGA驗廠(chǎng)過(guò)程中主要關(guān)注車(chē)間現場(chǎng)消防安全、職業(yè)健康、文件資料方面，會(huì )集中關(guān)注不一致的問(wèn)題。OMEGA驗廠(chǎng)審核員有可能在車(chē)間找資料。

OMEGA驗廠(chǎng)的《社會(huì )責任審核清單》如下

1. Business license/ Certificate of Registration 營(yíng)業(yè)執照副本

2. Factory map/ floor plan (If any) 工廠(chǎng)平面圖（如有）

3. Payroll records of past 12 months 過(guò)去12個(gè)月的工資表

4. Piece rate records of past 12 months (If applicable)計件工人過(guò)去12個(gè)月的計件記錄（如適用）

5. Attendance records of past 12 months過(guò)去12個(gè)月的考勤記錄

6. Official overtime waiver/ Comprehensive Working Hour System permit (If applicable)當地勞動(dòng)局批發(fā)的加班批文或綜合工時(shí)批文（如適用）

7. Social insurance documents (payment receipt, registration certificate, list of participating employees, waiver approved by Social Insurance Department etc.)社保文件

（已購買(mǎi)社會(huì )保險的收據，社保登記證， 社保參保人員名單，社保局出具的社保批文等）

8. Employee list, employee personnel files, labor contracts and proof of age documents員工花名冊， 員工人事檔案，勞動(dòng)合同及個(gè)人身份證復印件

9. Leave policy and records, including maternity leave, annual leave, work injury leave and sick leave etc.假期政策及記錄， 包括產(chǎn)假，年假，工傷假和病假等

1.過(guò)去12個(gè)月的各生產(chǎn)環(huán)節生產(chǎn)記錄

2.過(guò)去12個(gè)月的各生產(chǎn)環(huán)節及各檢驗工作站的檢驗記錄

3.緊急疏散程序及過(guò)去一年中的消防演習記錄,其中,消防演習要包含:演習預案,演習過(guò)程及結果記錄(消防演習的照片上要有日期哦)

4.PPE使用培訓記錄.

5.社保登記證(這點(diǎn)很重要,沒(méi)有這個(gè),你的社保憑證基本沒(méi)有效應)
