燈具FCC認證標準使用指南
2016年6月17日FCC(美國聯(lián)邦通訊委員會(huì ))發(fā)布文件KDB 640677-RADIO FREQUENCY LED LIGHTING PRODUCTS,文中規定所有LED燈具的無(wú)意發(fā)射評估需按照FCC Part15B標準執行，該要求不適用于白熾燈、熒光燈、氙氣燈等傳統照明技術(shù)的燈具產(chǎn)品，傳統照明燈具產(chǎn)品仍需按照FCC part18標準執行。

This KDB publication clarifies how the FCC rules apply to these products, and outlines manufacturers’ responsibilities for controlling interference. This publication does not address older legacy lighting technologies such as incandescent, fluorescent, and high intensity discharge (HID) lighting products.
In most cases, RF LED lighting devices employ either an independent or an integrated electronic driver that operates at RF frequencies similar to those used in digital electronic products. As such, RF LED lighting devices are subject to the Part 15 rules for unintentional radiators, and are subject to the “verification” equipment authorization procedure. These devices are required to meet the line-conducted and radiated emissions limits in Sections 15.107 and 15.109, respectively.
