第8批54項SVHC正式發(fā)布 SVHC清單增至138項物質(zhì)
ECHA于2012年12月19日正式發(fā)布了第8批54項高關(guān)注度物質(zhì)（SVHC），使SVHC清單增至138項物質(zhì)，從而達到了此前設立的ECHA在2012年底前需要完成的SVHC清單物質(zhì)目標。第8批SVHC清單詳情如下：

物質(zhì)一旦被加入候選清單即為SVHC物質(zhì)，物質(zhì)、含物質(zhì)的配制品以及物品的供應商屆時(shí)將履行相應的義務(wù)，如傳遞SDS或進(jìn)行SVHC通報等。
根據REACH法規第7條第2款表明：如果物品中含有高關(guān)注物質(zhì)(SVHC)，且滿(mǎn)足以下兩個(gè)條件時(shí)，生產(chǎn)商或進(jìn)口商需根據法規第7條第4款向歐洲化學(xué)品管理局(ECHA)進(jìn)行通報，且通報內容和格式必須符合相關(guān)通報要求：
高關(guān)注物質(zhì)在物品中的含量超過(guò)1噸/年；
高關(guān)注物質(zhì)在物品中的質(zhì)量百分濃度超過(guò)0.1%。
根據規定，符合上述要求的物品企業(yè)需要在2013年6月19日前完成物品中第8批SVHC物質(zhì)的通報。
