該通報共修訂了REACH法規附件XVII的兩塊地方：
1.修訂REACH附件XVII的條目50，以采用歐洲標準EN 16143:2013作為引用的分析方法，確定作為生產(chǎn)輪胎或輪胎部件的油使用的，帶有多環(huán)芳烴（PAH）的橡膠填充油是否符合當前限制的第1段中的含量 限值。當前作為引用方法提及的對于方法IP-346的引用去除。詳細修訂內容詳細如下：
in entry 50, column 2, paragraph 1, the second subparagraph is replaced by the following subparagraphs:
第50條，第2列，第一段第二部分替換如下：
| “The standard EN 16143:2013 (Petroleum products - Determination of content of Benzo(a)pyrene (BaP) and selected polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) in extender oils - Procedure using double LC cleaning and GC/MS analysis) shall be used as the test method for demonstrating conformity with the limit values referred to in the first subparagraph. 2.在REACH附件XVII的條目51和52中，有關(guān)在玩具和兒童護理用品中的鄰苯二甲酸鹽 （酯），一個(gè)過(guò)時(shí)的審議條款被刪除，即刪除了51和52中第二列第3條。
該修訂情況擬在2014年第四季度批準。
