REACH法規:旨在限制含有9至14個(gè)碳原子鏈的全氟羧酸,其鹽類(lèi)和相關(guān)物質(zhì)已于2023年2月25日正式生效

?C9-C14 PFCAs及其鹽類(lèi)的總和:25 ppb (0.025 mg/kg);
?C9-C14 PFCAs相關(guān)物的總和:260 ppb (0.260 mg/kg)。

-PFNA (C9-PFCA, CAS No. 375-95-1)及其鹽
-PFDA (C10-PFCA, CAS No. 335-76-2)及其鹽
-PFUnDA (C11-PFCA, CAS No. 2058-94-8)及其鹽
-PFDoDA (C12-PFCA, CAS No. 307-55-1)及其鹽
-PFTrDA (C13-PFCA, CAS No 72629-94-8)及其鹽
-PFTDA (C14-PFCA, CAS No. 376-06-7)及其鹽;
以及根據其結構公式有可能降解或轉化為C9-C14全氟羧酸的任何其他與PFCA有關(guān)的物質(zhì)。
草案規定,從2023年7月4日起,對個(gè)人防護服(PPE)的“防水或防油紡織品”進(jìn)行臨時(shí)豁免。
PFCAs是PFAS(全氟烷基物質(zhì)和多氟烷基物質(zhì))的一個(gè)子集,根據ECHA上個(gè)月公布的另一項限制草案,成員國也希望在歐洲完全限制其制造和使用。
This new restriction requires companies to no longer place on the market PFCAs covered by the text as a substance, in mixtures as well as in articles if their mass concentration exceeds:
·25 ppb (0.025 mg/kg) total of C9-C14 PFCAs and their salts;
·260 ppb (0.260 mg/kg) in sum of C9-C14 PFCA-related substances.

-PFNA (C9-PFCA, CAS No. 375-95-1) and its salts,
-PFDA (C10-PFCA, CAS No. 335-76-2) and its salts,

-PFTrDA (C13-PFCA, CAS No 72629-94-8) and its salts,
-PFTDA (C14-PFCA, CAS No. 376-06-7) and its salts;
As well as any other PFCA-related substances which, according to their structural formulas, have the potential to degrade or transform into C9-C14 perfluorocarboxylic acids.
The text provides for some temporary exemptions for "water-repellent or oil-repellent textiles" for personal protective clothing (PPE), which will only be affected by this restriction from July 4, 2023.
PFCAs are a subset of PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) which Member States also want to completely restrict the manufacture and uses of in Europe under another draft restriction published by ECHA last month.
