各國玩具定義及范圍
美國 Any object,product or material designed,manufactured,marketed and clearly intended for use as a plaything for children under 14 years of age任何為14歲以下兒童設計、制造、銷(xiāo)售并明確打算作為玩具使用的物體、產(chǎn)品或材料。
歐盟 Any product or material designed or intended,whether or not exclusively,for use in play by children of less than 14 years玩具是指設計或打算用于14歲以下兒童玩耍的任何產(chǎn)品或材料，不論是否專(zhuān)門(mén)。
加拿大 toys means a product that is intended for use by a child under 14 years of age in learning or play玩具是指供14歲以下兒童在學(xué)習和玩耍中使用的產(chǎn)品。
國際標準 product or material designed or clearly intended for use in play by children under 14 years of age設計或明確為14歲以下兒童在游戲中使用計的產(chǎn)品或材料。
澳洲 product or material designed or clearly intended for use in play by children under 14 years of age設計或明確為14歲以下兒童在游戲中使用計的產(chǎn)品或材料。
