歐盟NOSIE噪音認(rèn)證

歐洲議會(huì)和歐洲聯(lián)盟理事會(huì)關(guān)于統(tǒng)一歐盟成員國(guó)立法的第2000/14/EC號(hào)指令載有關(guān)于在戶外使用的各種設(shè)備發(fā)出噪音的基本要求。檢查用于在室外操作的機(jī)器和設(shè)備的環(huán)境噪音排放。指令2000/14/EC規(guī)定了首次在歐洲投放市場(chǎng)的機(jī)器必須遵守的要求。

該指令也適用于在任何第三國(guó)使用并首次進(jìn)口到共同體的二手機(jī)器。該指令旨在評(píng)估和減少環(huán)境噪聲排放。

此指令適用于需采取噪音排放措施，及需在每臺(tái)機(jī)械上均安裝有顯示其保證噪音水平標(biāo)簽的57種型號(hào)的戶外設(shè)備。此外，該指令還為57種類(lèi)型中的22種設(shè)定了噪音極限，對(duì)于有噪音極限的設(shè)備，還需有歐盟公告機(jī)構(gòu)的參與。

The Directive applies to 57 types of equipment for use outdoors,which requires noise emission measurements to be taken and to fix labels showing the guaranteed noise levels of each machine.In addition,the Directive sets noise limits for 22 of the 57 categories,for equipment subject to noise limits the involvement of a notified body will be required.
