自2008年11月20日起，鋰離子蓄電池列入NSPs的管控范圍。即能量密度超過(guò)400 Wh/L的二次鋰離子蓄電池（用于移動(dòng)設備、桌上筆記本等）。下列鋰離子電池除外：

A:用于醫療設備、工業(yè)設備和汽車(chē)類(lèi)的鋰離子電池；

B:用焊接或其他方式固定到產(chǎn)品上不能輕易移出的電池；

C:特殊結構的電池
